- Profile data. Information you provide when setting up your Weblify page: display name, bio, profile photo, role/title, social media links, and the content of your blocks (eBooks, booking details, donation settings).
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or full bank details. We may store transaction metadata (amount, date, product sold) to display in your notifications panel.
- Usage data. We automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the platform to improve the service.
- Cookies and local storage. We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your session, remember your language and theme preferences, and improve your experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and public Weblify page.
- To process payments and deliver purchased digital products to buyers.
- To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, booking notifications).
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Use.
- To improve and personalize the platform based on usage patterns.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only in these circumstances:
- Service providers. We work with Stripe (payments), Google (authentication and hosting), and other infrastructure partners who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
- Your public page. The information you publish on your Weblify page (name, photo, bio, products) is publicly visible to anyone with your link.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., transaction records required by tax law).
