Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Weblify.me platform operated by Weblify.me ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Weblify.me. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Weblify.me provides a platform that allows users ("Creators") to create a public page to sell digital products (eBooks, guides, files), offer paid 1:1 booking sessions, and receive donations. Buyers ("Customers") can purchase these offerings directly through the Creator's page. Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. User Accounts
You may sign in using a third-party authentication provider (Google, Apple, Facebook, X, or Microsoft). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at legal@weblify.me.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or publish on Weblify.me, including digital products, images, and descriptions. By publishing content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content:
- Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Is not illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.
- Does not include adult content, hate speech, or material that promotes violence.
- Accurately describes the product or service being offered.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
5. Payments and Fees
Weblify.me charges a platform fee on each transaction processed through a Creator's page:
- Free plan: 10% + $0.50 per transaction.
- Pro plan ($3/month): 5% + $0.30 per transaction.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By using our payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Weblify.me is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in payment processing caused by Stripe or your financial institution.
Refunds for digital products are at the Creator's discretion. Weblify.me does not guarantee refunds on behalf of Creators.
6. Pro Subscription
The Pro plan is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will retain Pro benefits until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Sell counterfeit, pirated, or stolen digital goods.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.
8. Intellectual Property
The Weblify.me name, logo, platform design, and underlying technology are owned by Weblify.me and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBLIFY.ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the settings panel. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or are engaging in harmful or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your public page will be taken offline and your content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
